Nominator essay (edited):
Kenny's team is almost completely underprivileged and low income players and they are all top performers. He exemplifies a positive role model on and off the field; He helps with their school work when their parents cannot. We value his time his efforts and his ability to motivate kids that would not normally have a good role model. He is more than a coach; he is a friend, a parent, a priest, an advisor and a disciplinarian. We really appreciate having him.
